EOOB

EOOB is a joint venture project within the various departments of Westcoast Digital, where we work to meet the demand from visitors who wish to use our services in their local language, in their own time zone, and with their local currency.

Since 2017, at Westcoast Digital, we have operated international web services in the aviation sector with the launch of our service Flightsfrom.com. Before that, we operated solely in the Swedish market. For nearly ten years, we have received numerous requests to translate our services into European languages in order to better meet user needs. We now want to take a step towards fulfilling this need, especially as our visitors are looking for a reliable and secure source at a time when much information is incorrectly auto-generated.

We will start with the following languages and currencies: United Kingdom (GBP) | Sverige (SEK) | Danmark (DKK) | Nederland (EUR) | Portugal (EUR) | Polska (PLN) | Suomi (EUR) | France (EUR) | España (EUR) | Germany (EUR) | Belgium (EUR)

Initially, we will aim to create and meet demand in the following areas:

• Departures and arrivals, similar to Airportinformation.com, from the most frequently used airports within the language area we focus on. Initially according to the timetable and later with live updates as soon as such data becomes available, or via links to official live sources if they offer better quality than our own.
• Route information at the airport level, similar to Flightsfrom.com.
• Low fare calendar for local airlines, based on data from LFC.
• Maps of the country’s popular airports with the help of Airportmaps.com.
• Information about local airlines with the help of AirlineInformation.com.
